Auberge de la Vallée Verte***

The Auberge de la Vallee Verte, dubbed simply "The Valley" by its regulars, is located on the banks of the Seine near St Germain en Laye.
This is simply the story of the family Paillé who officiates in this place since 1958. Lovers of good and well done, it quickly became one of the best table in the region. Chef Patrice Paillé search in the region the right products to prepare delicious traditional recipes for a very reasonable price, served in a beautiful dining room with its brick fireplace and a lower balcony in old wood. From this success, they decided to expand with fifteen rooms decorated by Laurence Paillé with taste, each room is different to give you the impression of being just hosts.
