The Hotel Château de Bournel is located in Cubry, close to Belfort and Montbéliard. It was laid out in the "Old Castle", dating from the eighteenth century with neo-Gothic style. The castle was built by architect Clément Parent, student of Viollet-le-Duc. All the Domain, as well the French gardens, classified "jardin remarquable", was created by the family de Moustier owners to the fifth generation. The castle and chapel are now listed as historic monument since 1989. The Domain is particularly romantic with its beautiful courtyard where it is good to have an evening drink or even have breakfast.
