The Hotel Relais et Châteaux Parc & Spa Georges BLANC is situated in Vonnas. Georges Blanc, symbolic Chef of french gastronomy, visionary entrepreneur, built a real gourmand village along the river, around the old inn of his great-grandparents. It is in 1970 that Georges BLANC begins to transform the modest family inn in a world renowned restaurant and in a hotel of high level. He is a member of the prestigious Chain Relais & Châteaux since 1972. Every room and suite has a personalized decoration, sometimes sophisticated with woodwork and fabrics, sometimes with rustic inspiration or modern, or even colored: you have a very wide choice!
Working with all the family, the Chef is always cretive with new receipts from the bressan country as the crêpe Vonnassienne with salmon and caviar or more symbolic the famous poultry of Bresse with foie gras.
