Vercors, Hotel du Golf Palégrié***

Near Grenoble and Valence, the Hôtel du Golf in Corrençon en Vercors is at two kilometers of the center of the village. The owners knew how to create a sober, warm and natural atmosphere in the wooden "chalet" looking like a farm. You will find a decoration made by polished metal, leather, raw wood and wool there. Everywhere, to the garden, they thought about your well-being and your comfort by fitting out convenient places to have a good rest, sharing and contemplation. Rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, personalized and dressed in wood. Some are on the ground floor giving onto the swimming pool or the garden, others are fitted out in very spacious suites. All offer a big comfort and a cosy atmosphere convenient to your relaxation!
The restaurant is well kept by a duet: the Chef Guillaume Monjuré and his partner Chrystel Barnier, the wine steward native of the Plateau du Vercors. It is in this completely rethought decoration : tables in leathers, wood of the surroundings forests, steel, opinel knife on the table, that the Chef imagine a cooking of freshness emphasizing the product and favoring the closeness. The menu changes every day according to the loads and some picking in the kitchen garden.
