Angers, Le Château de Noirieux****

The Castle of Noirieux is in the middle of a park from 9 ha to only 15 km in the northeast of Angers and dominating the river Loir.
This former domain of the Middle Ages was completely redone to shelter this magnificent hotel. The atmosphere is found thanks to a refined decoration there allying fabrics to walls, big curtains, thick carpet, chandeliers and style pieces of furniture. However some rooms have a particular stamp as the owner wanted to give a wink in the art deco style or more still resolutely contemporary... Rooms are distributed in two buildings, the Castle and the Manor house.
The star chef, Gérard Côme, will propose you in the Orangery a greedy symphony, allying with intelligence the nuances, the textures and the best of the products of the market. You will finish the evening in the big lounge by listening to maybe a pianist who did not resist to try the luxurious piano Érard in marquetry.
