Depuis 1884, entre la famille Bonnat et le chocolat, c'est une véritable passion à tel point que Stéphane Bonnat parcours le monde entier à la recherche de la fameuse cabosse au goût incomparable. Ils sont devenus ainsi producteurs eux-mêmes tout en achetant les récoltes, toujours raisonnées, de petits producteurs. Leur savoir faire ? la recherche du goût et des saveursà travers des grands crus de cacao, parfois même d'exception comme le "Selva Maya" du Mexique au coeur du Chiapas. Comme les vins, les cacaos ont leurs crus qui se déclinent en légèreté ou dureté en bouche, en goût rond, puissants, chauds... du chocolat qu'on déguste autant avec le nez que le palais. Leur boutique est située face à la cathédrale.
Faîtes comme moi, prenez le temps... pour déguster sans aucune modération Pavés pralinés noisettes et amandes, Hérissons, Suprêmes ou si vous êtes un "pro" les Grands Crus en plaques... un régal !
