The Abbaye de Talloires, built in 1018, is situated on the east shore of the Lake Annecy, at the heart of the baie de Talloires. Rich in its history, the domain was at first a big and beautiful church, today disappeared, then a building where lived the monks, before becoming a world famous hotel. Numerous personalities visit the abbey : kings, queens, pope and cinema actors, who found in this place, a real haven of peace convenient for rest and serenity. Rooms and Suites are distributed on two floors, around the Big Gallery in oak and offer a fantastic view: some on the lake and others on gardens.
