At the foot of the Mont Blanc, in city center of Chamonix, the Hotel l'Héliopic opens on the famous cable car of the Aiguille du Midi. In a contemporary design, you will live in a decoration "Smart Retro Mountain". By reconciling past and modernity, the architect Jean-Claude Descombes will surprise you. Two chalets overhang the 1800m2 of the ground floor. The personality of the designer Leslie Gauthier give singularity to this spaces. In a style "sixties" decoration, the great mountain-climbing period, you feel like "at home" with a very cosy atmosphere. Stone and wood in the idea of nature respect. Head of azure bed, modern desk... the furniture is drawn to measure in a vintage spirit. Curtains, chairs and convertible armchairs made in wool are underlined by an oak parquet. 
Good and generous, the restaurant menu reveal the best of the ingredients of season. Sublimated by the Chef with talent and know-how. Highly-rated decoration, the orangy chairs are next to the suspensions in the rustic airs of the formerly kitchen. "Sixties" furniture with vitamins colors, the neo-vintage design calls back well-being and user conviviality of happy days. The creativity of the decoration finds itself in the inventiveness of the dishes.
