Roanne, Golf du Domaine de Champlong

The Champlong golf course was designed in a natural links spirit both for its championship course and for its compact 9-hole course. You will be enchanted by the view, to the east over the Beaujolais mountains and to the west up to the foothills of the Massif Central.
The architect's challenge was to make you discover both a superb panorama and a course of rare diversity with this impression of playing a different hole each time. Throughout your course, the fairway meanders between large grasses waving under a light wind very often present on the high points of the course. The ponds are placed both as a game obstacle and as a border of greens and finally, you walk through an old wood which, redeveloped, gives it the appearance of a forest in which 3 holes have taken place.
