Soufflenheim Golf Club is located in Alsace between Haguenau and Baden-Baden near the banks of the Rhin. Its geographical position makes it an ideal place for German and French golfers. Baden-Baden is famous thermal station in Baden-Württemberg, Haguenau is a former imperial city of Frederick II and his name means "wood and water."
The course is therefore in this spirit, it has 18 holes and 18 lakes! A splendid course ranked among the best in Europe for the quality of the landscape and of his game. The architect is Bernhard Langer, who concocts a nice layout with long holes and some pitfalls. He mainly used the existing topography. After first four holes to put you in shape, the n° 6, a long Par4 over 400m offers a first surprise with its island green difficult to attack in two. The following holes are more or less in the same spirit until n°17 and n°18, which will be your "amen corner". Arm yourself and keep concentration and forces for the end!
You will have deserved the 19th hole, the "Gourmet Alley" that dominates the course and will allow you to discuss your memorable shots.
