A la Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du VIn, il ne s'agit pas d'exposition, bien qu'il y en ait aussi, ou de présentation mais bien d'expérience gastronomique. Comptoirs à grignoter, Table des Climats par Eric Pras (La Maison Lameloise 3*) où le parti pris est celui de proposer des vins et d'accorder le vin avec un plat.., Cantine où se mélange expériences, show culinaire, ambiance autour du Brasero...
Côté boutiques,au Village Gastronomique,vous êtes comme au marché. Elles sont nombreuses à vous proposer des spécialités, y compris les moutardiers qui proposent de réaliser pour vous un pot à moutarde personnalisé... et même une boutique des arts de la table car c'est cela aussi la gastronomie.
Et, bien sûr, tous les producteurs ont adhérés à ce fantastique projet et y ont apportés leur savoir en y faisant partager leur expérience avec au final des dégustations où vous pourrez sentir et mettre en bouche des nectars connus mais aussi inconnus. La Cave de la CIté vous présentera plus de 3000 références et 250 à déguster au verre...
Il y aura aussi des séances de formation à la dégustation à l'Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne en ateliers divers selon vos envies...
